A native of St. Louis and executive chef at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark, he was selected as the winner of a nationwide cooking challenge after wowing the judges with his dad’s scrambled eggs with an Indian twist. Upcoming Indian-inspired recipes include veggie pizza, chicken curry, caprese salad, and Indian pot roast.
