Create Cooking Challenge: Easy Peasy Launches March 5

Nine PBS Create TV (9.4 or Spectrum 184) seeks new talent for a Create digital video series. This year's theme, “Easy Peasy,” focuses on cooking demonstrations of recipes featuring six ingredients or less. With time at a premium for many, Create is searching for talent that can contribute and demonstrate new ideas for recipes that require minimal ingredients and deliver delicious results. We know St. Louisans have culinary chops; let’s see yours! The last challenge winner was none other than Adam Lambay of St. Louis, who went on to host the digital series, Adam Lambay’s Indian Inspired.

The “Create Cooking Challenge: Easy Peasy” opens for video submissions on March 5, 2024, and will close on April 9, 2024. Culinary experts Sara Moulton (chef and host of Sara’s Weeknight Meals), Buki Elegbede (2017 Create Cooking Challenge winner and host of the upcoming Create TV series Table for All with Buki Elegbede), and Bridget Lancaster (executive editor and cohost, America’s Test Kitchen) will serve as final judges for the Challenge, seeking America’s next public media cooking talent.

The challenge is sponsored by American Public Television. No purchase is necessary. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and U. S. Territories.
