Caring for Our Community in Traumatic Times

We all know stress levels are high for a lot of us these days, but we also know these feelings have been particularly acute for kids.

Living St. Louis recently hosted a special on Kids, Families and Mental Health. In addition, the team provided resources and insights on taking care of your mental well-being.

Due to trying times, including the pandemic and recent Uvalde school shooting, we’ve pulled together resources on how to talk to kids during difficult times. We’ve rounded up some digital resources and Nine PBS videos and stories that can help ease anxiety, stress, and depression.
